From 1960 to 1999, the most popular wedding cake flavours were:

iii. Chocolate
From 2000 to 2019, a new player entered the picture:

iii. Red Velvet
No doubt we will continue to see a lot of vanilla and chocolate cake on our wedding dessert plates.
